Information about this service
Most of the products we offer are manufactured in our factory in Casablanca, Morocco.
This mastery of production gives us the flexibility to respond to specific customer requests.
Personalisation can be applied directly to an item such as a shirt (long sleeves) or trousers (5, 10 or 15 cm longer).
Or on embellishments: embroidery or transfer.
The transfer is a flocking that is applied to the garment using a press heated to a high temperature. Transfer products require extra care during maintenance. We invite you to read our recommendations on the dedicated page.
Embroidery is made from threads. The result is different from that of transfer. It is more durable over time.

A specific field has also been added to certain product sheets to allow you to specify any customisation you may require.
Once you've outlined your requirements, we'll be able to give you the best possible advice and support to ensure that the customisation matches your expectations.
Customisation requests may incur an additional cost. Where this is the case, our sales team will get back to you with an updated quote. Personalised items are special orders. They cannot be returned or exchanged. Depending on the personalisation required, production may take between 4 and 6 weeks.
