EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Special order items cannot be returned or exchanged.

EXCHANGE or RETURN WITHOUT EXCHANGE :

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange items. Items must be in perfect condition, unworn, odour-free (perfume, perspiration) and in their original packaging. A returns slip must be enclosed with your parcel: DOWNLOAD

The slip must contain the following information:

• Company name of the restaurant, name and telephone number of the person in charge of the exchange or return.
• List of items being returned.
• Items to be exchanged for a different size, colour or model at the same price.
• For items that cannot be exchanged, tick the box on the returns slip. A corresponding credit note will be e-mailed to your accounts department.
  
  

You are responsible for return postage costs. The cost of return (if exchange) will be paid by EK-KINOX.

The exchange or credit note will be sent to you after checking the returned goods.
