Return slip

Information required :

• Company name of the restaurant, name and telephone number of the person in charge of the exchange or return.
  
  
• List of returned items.
  
  
• ​Items to be exchanged for a different size, colour or model at the same price.
  
  
  
• For items that cannot be exchanged, tick the box on the returns slip. A corresponding credit note will be e-mailed to your accounts department.
  
  

Terms of return

Items must be in perfect condition, unworn, odour-free (perfume, perspiration) and in their original packaging. Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt.

Warning

Special order items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Control

The exchange or credit note will be sent to you after checking the returned goods.

Return costs

The return of items is the responsibility of the customer. The cost of return (if exchange) will be borne by EK-KINOX.
